Jones Simkins is currently recruiting qualified applicants for part-time Tax Internships in the Logan and Salt Lake City offices. Remote work is not being considered at this time. The ideal candidate for one of our tax internship positions is a Junior, Senior or MAcc student who is detail oriented and excited and willing to learn. Basic Function:
Tax Interns are responsible for preparing individual tax returns and performing tax compliance functions under the supervision of a Senior or Manager. Interns will gain experience with identifying outstanding tax issues and effectively communicating them to a Senior or Manager. Interns will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the Jones Simkins tax preparation processes and learn from experienced tax accountants and tax partners.
We are currently looking for tax interns from local universities. Internships run from January 15 through April 15.
