Who We Are

Women of Jones Simkins (WoJS) is a group unified by the desire to strengthen and support the women of the firm.

It is led by individuals in the firm representing each department, to assist our women team members as they progress in their careers.

WoJS plans quarterly gatherings to give the women in the firm the opportunities to gather together between offices and departments. This includes virtual attendance for remote employees whenever possible.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to support the women in our firm as they achieve their professional and personal goals.

We seek to achieve this mission by building networking and mentoring relationships and creating unity as a firm wide community.

We aim to promote social, inclusion, employee retention, and leadership opportunities for our members.

Why Choose Us?

At Jones Simkins we understand that women are more than just “employees”.  We are mothers, wives, caregivers, artists, athletes, and community leaders.  Our achievements and responsibilities extend far beyond the walls of the office.

This is why we offer flexible office hours, potential remote or hybrid positions, and opportunities to regulate your workload based on whatever life has in store for you!

Flexibility

“The right company will help you balance your career goals and personal needs rather than expect you to fit into a mold. I have been with Jones Simkins for over 5 years, during this time I have lived in 3 different cities, bought a house, and had 2 children. The firm supported me through all these changes so I could progress professionally and personally at home.”

Warmth

“The positive encouragement I received during my internship at Jones Simkins gave me the confidence to develop skills that will benefit me in whatever path I choose in my future career.”

Oppurtunity

“At Jones Simkins the partners encourage me to share my goals and areas of interest often. They in turn provide me opportunities for growth and continuing education targeted to those areas. Being able to grow and develop skills in areas that interest me has allowed me to achieve my goals and obtain the promotions I was seeking.”
